• Bets with odds below 1.50 will not count toward rollover calculations.
• Winnings from free spin bonuses are generally subject to separate rollover requirements.

If you wish to close your account, please email support@betsbd.net. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days of the request.

If an inactive account holds a remaining balance, the account holder will be advised to get in touch.
